2 Cups Cake Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup Corn Oil or Veg. Oil
6 Egg Yolks
3/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
6 Egg Whites
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Crushed Pineapple


Preheat oven at 325 F or 115 C. Prepare a 13x9x3 baking pan or any baking pan you’d like to use.
Sift Flour,sugar,baking powder and salt in a bowl. Make a well In the centre of the flour mixture
and pour oil,egg yolks and pineapple juice. Mix with a spoon until smooth.
Set aside. Add Cream of tartar to the egg whites. Beat using a hand held mixer,stand mixer or whisk adding sugar
slowly until. Fold in the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites. Last Add in the crushed pineapple. Pour in the pan and bake for 45 min.
