Makes Approximately 15 Cookies

380g Dark Chocolate
120g Butter
60G Sugar
3 Eggs
195g Plain Flour or All Purpose Flour
12g Cocoa Powder
6g Baking Powder
Pinch Of Salt
150g Chocolate Chips
50g Nuts (optional)
2 tsp Vanilla

PROCEDURE:

1.Preheat oven to 180 Degrees C.
2. Line baking trays with baking paper.
3.In large bowl beat together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
4.In a separate bowl combine the flour, cocoa, bi carbonated soda and salt then stir into the butter mixture until well blended.
5.Fold in chocolate chips and (nuts)optional)
6.Using a medium ice cream scoop or large tablespoon,scoop cookies onto the baking trays.
7.Bake for 15 to 20 min.
